Refilling of one antechamber with fresh gas (upgrade). The connected antechamber is vented by fresh gas from the gas supply instead of refilling with gas from the glovebox with manual hand valves. A pressure equilibration from the glovebox is not done. The standard refilling process with glovebox atmosphere is not possible anymore. Please note: The quality of the gas supply has to be 5.0 or better. Included: Pressure regulator, pipework, valves and overpressure valve for antechamber
