MB-AC-Purge (manual) Upgrade

Upgrade: Additional purge function of one antechamber with inert gas. The connected antechamber can be purged in overpressure with inert gas instead of using the standard vacuum process, with manual hand valves. The standard process vacuum/refilling with gas from the glovebox is still possible. Please note: The quality of the gas supply has to be 5.0 or better. Included: Pressure regulator, pipework, valves for gas inlet and gas outlet as well as overpressure valve for antechamber.
